Hesitant, but pleasantly surprised

I was hesitant about these, but was looking for something to replace our disposable sponges. They worked so much better than expected and even hold up to my husband’s heavy handed cleaning (but I don’t dare complain!). We haven’t tried them on our cast iron for the heavy scrub, but they are great for lighter food items on it, which was a nice surprise! They do still bleed for a bit after the first wash, so a good soaking first may be helpful!

Leaves schmutz behind

The scrubby side of these works well for the everyday kitchen sticky stuff, but the microfiber side doesn't work as well as Maker's regular microfiber cleaning cloths; it seems to me that the grease, crumbs, and spills on my countertops just slide around without being grabbed in the cloth. I have gone back to using a regular scrubby and the small size microfiber cleaning cloths.

Better than other scrubbies

I love that these have two different textures. I’ve purchased similar products that were great for scrubbing, but they were the same on both sides so you couldn’t use them to wipe up excess moisture. The Scrub Square is much better because you can scrub, rinse, and then wipe dry with one cloth. The only drawback is that they take forever to dry in between uses. Not necessarily a deal breaker, as I’ve purchased additional ones to keep a fresh supply in between machine washings.

Scrubbie fan!

I have been using something similar in my kitchen for years for I'm a fan of putting these in the wash and grabbing a fresh one. But when I tried these with the texture, my others are going in the trash. I honestly didn't think the scrub side would be a game changer however it makes cleaning so much easier yet being gentle. I also use these at the end to wipe the counters and it will get little stains up faster than the others I have. Then finally, it is strange and it works for me, but every Sunday, all my dish cloths go in the wash. This has been something in the past I wasn't as efficient with but b/c I love this product so much, I want a fresh one and the tea towels get washed too now! So these little products have got me more into a cleaning routine.
