Refund policy

We've searched the world for the best microfiber cleaning cloths—seriously, we’ve tested hundreds of them—and we've found what we consider to be the very best microfiber cleaning cloths on the market today!

We absolutely hope you love our cleaning cloths, Maker's Mop and bath collection as much as we do. As a small business operating during some pretty interesting times, we ask that returned items be in their original sealed packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them. 

Once we receive your returned items, the cost will be fully refunded, however, the cost to ship them back to us is not covered or reimbursed. If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We're unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Alternatively, if the cloths are defective in any way (yes, it happens!) please let us know immediately and we'll take care of it!

One thing we can’t guarantee is a decrease in performance on our microfiber products due to using them with certain products and/or chemicals, or washing them with fabric softener or dryer sheets. So, please, visit our care page to learn how to best care for microfiber and ensure these products last for years to come.

It is also important to note that any of our hard goods, including the Maker's Mop, are not intended for commercial use, and while we do offer a 1-year warranty on these, please do consider this distinction.

Warranty Policy

We warranty each and every Maker's Clean product to be free of manufacturing defects, and will replace any product that is deemed defective with a new product within the first year of purchase. We do not warranty our products against normal wear or misuse. If your product had been damaged due to misuse, our customer service team will analyze the damage and work with you on a case by case basis. If your product is unable to be repaired or replaced after misuse, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to repurchase your damaged item at a discounted price.
