I love the product and hope to order more! And I love the versatility of the Makers Mop; however, I don’t see how the mop head can pivot 360º. In your video, it looks like the head goes completely around, but looking at the head up close I don’t see how it can even do that? If I unlock it (purple tab) the head goes from side-to-side 180º (completely horizontal to completely vertical on either side). Either I am misunderstanding something, or I assembled it incorrectly? But for that, I would give the product 5 stars.

So glad I bought these - they really are the best. I wish the small were a little bigger and the big ones a little smaller (that is just a personal preference). I have purchased more items and am very happy with all the products they offer.
